These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jungle Safari Rajaji National Park website and the safari, tour, accommodation and related services offered through it.
By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All safari activities are subject to the applicable rules, regulations, timings, routes and restrictions of Rajaji Tiger Reserve / Forest Department.
The decision of the authorized forest authorities regarding entry, safari routes, vehicle movement and closure of forest areas will be final.
Guests must carry the required original identification documents for safari entry.

Guests are responsible for reaching the designated safari gate on time. Late arrival may result in loss of the safari.
Wildlife is unpredictable and exists in its natural habitat.
Sightings of tiger, leopard, elephant, deer, birds or any other wildlife cannot be guaranteed.
No refund or compensation will normally be provided solely because a particular animal is not sighted.
Safari operations may be affected by heavy rain, floods, storms, forest fires, extreme weather, road conditions, wildlife emergencies, government restrictions or forest closures.
If the Forest Department cancels or restricts safari operations, the applicable refund or rescheduling will be determined according to the relevant permit/operator/accommodation policies.
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the services booked.
Safari permits issued by the Forest Department may be non-refundable or subject to government rules.
Hotel, transport and tour cancellation charges may apply according to the respective provider's policy.
Any applicable refund will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation, payment and service charges.
Accommodation is subject to availability and the category selected at the time of booking.
Check-in and check-out will be according to the accommodation property's policies.
Personal expenses, room upgrades, laundry, room service and other services not included in the package will be payable by the guest.
Guests must follow all instructions given by forest authorities, guides and drivers.

Wildlife safaris involve inherent risks because they take place in a natural forest environment.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the guide, driver and forest authorities.
Guests are responsible for informing the tour operator about any relevant requirements or limitations before the tour.
Photography and videography are permitted only in accordance with applicable Forest Department rules.
Guests must not leave the vehicle or approach wildlife except where specifically permitted by authorized personnel.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, cameras, mobile phones, luggage, documents and valuables.
The operator will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Unless specifically included in the selected package, guests are responsible for expenses such as:
We may reasonably modify the itinerary, vehicle, guide, accommodation or route due to availability, weather, safety requirements, government instructions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Any material changes will be communicated to the guest as reasonably possible.
We shall not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, forest closures, road blockages, strikes, epidemics/pandemics, civil disturbances or other emergencies.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, safari timings, availability, prices, routes, permits and other operational details may change.
The latest confirmed booking information will prevail over general website information where applicable.
Some services may be provided by independent third parties, including hotels, transport providers, payment processors and other service providers.
